Estimated to between $100-200 million, this transformative development will see the existing structure reimagined into a striking 24-storey office tower. The ambitious scope includes:
Full removal of the existing outdated façade
Installation of a state-of-the-art curtain wall system
A 3-level vertical extension to both the podium and tower
A rooftop mezzanine crowned by a subtropical outdoor space – set to become a standout feature of the Brisbane skyline
