This development is reported to be 25-storey high, with six-star apartments and modern amenities, including:
- 101 two, three, and four-bedroom apartments from 116sqm to 743sqm
- Swimming pools, a gym, Peloton room, steam room, yoga and Pilates lounge, and sauna
- Private cinema, BBQ area, formal and casual dining spaces, a teppanyaki bar, private office, executive lounge, and pool deck.
Located on a 2024sqm site at The Esplanade, featuring an impressive 40 metres of beachfront, The Burly Residences are anticipated to be the next high-end tower reaching elite standards.
