Our role in this prestigious development involved the supply, installation, and maintenance of scaffolding, ensuring the seamless progression of construction.
Ventura Residences is a boutique collection comprising 45 spacious, north-facing apartments that boast breathtaking skyline and ocean views, along with 2 Prestige Park Fronting Residences. This project, currently under construction as of November 2023, is a true embodiment of luxury and exclusivity, with 46 of the 47 residences already sold.
Our involvement in Ventura Residences was more than just providing structural support. We ensured safety and efficiency throughout the construction process. The challenge was to match the high standards of this luxurious development and facilitate the creation of a serene, opulent living space, just 250 meters from the beach. This prime location, combined with the ease of access to the best amenities, including top restaurants, cafes, and parks, makes Ventura Residences a coveted address.
