RB Scaffolding is proud to be entrusted once again by Mosaic to provide safe, efficient, and reliable access solutions for this high-rise project. Our team has been working closely with Mosaic and other trades to ensure seamless scaffolding and access management throughout the construction process.
Project Progress – RB Scaffolding’s Achievements
- Early Works Completed: Installed edge protection and stretcher stair access to basement levels.
- Mid-Stage Progress: Established edge protection and stair access up to level 5.
- Current Work: Operating at level 10, managing edge protection, assisting with ACS installation and removals, and handling Preston installations.
RB Scaffolding continues to provide safe, efficient, and high-quality access solutions as the project advances.
Overcoming Challenges on Site
As with any high-rise construction, this project has presented unique challenges. One of the key hurdles has been the significant effort required to take down scaffolding while ACS screens are being installed.

RB Scaffolding works closely with Mosaic’s Safety Team, structural foreman, and ACS supervisors to ensure all parties are aligned. By maintaining a detailed and coordinated program, we are able to operate safely while delivering high-quality, on-time results.
