For the past two years, RB Scaffolding has played a key role in Cross River Rail, Brisbane’s largest underground heavy rail project, running beneath the Brisbane River and CBD.

Our team has been dedicated to delivering safe, seamless, and reliable access solutions, ensuring that all workers on-site can perform their tasks efficiently and securely.

Maintaining Safety and Communication on Site

Effective communication has been a key factor in maintaining safety and productivity on the Cross River Rail project. RB Scaffolding is committed and has introduced a structured approach to coordination, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts for updates, conducting prestart meetings, and facilitating detailed shift handovers, our team remains aligned on priorities, minimizing risks and keeping work on schedule.

Prestart meetings before each shift and structured handovers to nights on what needs to be done are key to keeping the level of safety and productivity high on this site.”
